Improve correctness checks alongside latency and throughput, then collaborate with component owners to deliver measurable improvements.
Experience highlighted by the employer
- Hands-on production performance engineering, profiling and root-cause investigation experience.
- Strong Python plus quantitative analysis skills such as SQL or pandas; ability to explain findings clearly.
Location & eligibility
San Francisco, New York City or Seattle. General office policy requires at least 25% attendance and may vary by role. Anthropic considers visa sponsorship individually.
Compensation
USD $350,000–$850,000 / year. Employer-published annual salary range. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
