From a demo to a dependable agent
Hiring teams often need evidence that an agent can complete a useful task repeatedly. A strong project explains tool permissions, structured outputs, evaluation cases, retries, human escalation and operating cost. The framework matters less than showing how the system behaves when something goes wrong.
Several job titles, one engineering direction
Applied AI engineer, AI engineer and automation solution lead can all include agent development. Use skills and responsibilities to compare them. Frontend-heavy AI products, enterprise integrations and backend agent orchestration can require very different strengths.
Remote work still has boundaries
Remote does not mean work from any country. Some employers restrict hiring to Canada or the continental US; others require travel. We preserve those restrictions in the listing summaries and link directly to the employer’s current application.
