THE OPPORTUNITY

## A role wortha closer look.

Build internal applications that help safety researchers and policy teams investigate model failures and improve safeguards. Own interfaces and backend workflows for inspecting data, reviewing sensitive cases and making findings usable. The role connects product engineering with the systems used to improve model behaviour in production.

### Experience highlighted by the employer

- At least five years of relevant engineering experience and proficiency with JavaScript, React and web technologies.
- A backend language such as Python and experience with relational databases; direct AI experience is not required.

### Location & eligibility

### Compensation
