Lead quality engineering for AI applications and workflows. Design automated test frameworks, assess model behaviour and integrations, and bring evaluation checks into delivery pipelines.

### Experience highlighted by the employer

- Senior quality-engineering and automation leadership experience.
- Practical knowledge of model evaluation, agent testing and CI/CD.

### Location & eligibility

Hybrid, with three office days per week in Toronto or Kitchener. The employer requires existing Canadian work authorization and states that sponsorship is unavailable.

### Compensation

CAD $90,000–$117,000 / year. Employer-published base range. Working arrangements may change with project requirements.
