THE OPPORTUNITY

## A role wortha closer look.

Help AI customers improve models and the infrastructure serving them. The work spans production troubleshooting, evaluation design and deployment tooling, with ownership of technical outcomes across multiple accounts. Engineers may specialize in inference performance, distributed compute or post-training while building reusable approaches for future customer projects.

### Experience highlighted by the employer

- Bring at least one to two years shipping and maintaining production software, including debugging unfamiliar systems.
- Be prepared for customer-facing technical ownership, out-of-hours support and participation in an on-call rotation.

### Location & eligibility

Listed for San Francisco and New York with a hybrid work model. Customer support may extend outside regular hours. Confirm US authorization and sponsorship directly with the employer.

### Compensation

USD $200,000–$400,000 / year. Employer-published annual salary range, plus equity. Actual compensation depends on experience.
